Taky — Terms of Use

Last updated: October 14, 2026

Welcome to Taky! By using the app, you agree to the following terms.

1. What Taky Does

Taky helps you manage screen time by temporarily restricting access to selected apps and websites.

You control which apps are blocked, when restrictions apply, and how they can be removed.

2. Your Responsibility

Taky is designed to help you build better digital habits, but blocking apps may occasionally prevent access to something important.

You're responsible for configuring your restrictions appropriately, keeping your NFC tags accessible, and ensuring you have alternative access to essential services.

Taky should not be relied upon for emergency access or other critical functions.

3. Availability and Limitations

We do our best to keep Taky reliable, but we cannot guarantee that app blocking, scheduling, or unlocking will always work as expected.

Device limitations, operating system updates, and technical issues may affect functionality.

Taky is provided "as is," without warranties to the extent permitted by law.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Taky and its developer are not responsible for losses or damages resulting from interrupted access to apps, websites, or services, or from the app's failure to block or unblock content.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

5. Changes

We may update Taky or these terms as the app evolves. Updated terms will be posted on our website.
